At Alliance Professional Consulting Group we bring over 21 years of combined IT support knowledge to the industry. Much of this time was spent working within the Customer Support organization at LexisNexis in unison with the various departments that have developed the Time Matters applications.
Bill Ayres has performed as the Customer Support Manager for Time Matters for seven years (both pre and post-LexisNexis involvement). His broad knowledge of the application functionality, front end and back end operations and internal workings of the LexisNexis support operation make him a prime candidate for Time Matters consulting services. Before settling in with LexisNexis Bill spent 7 years in systems maintenance and as the customer support manager for TML Information Services. Bill is certified on Time Matters® 7 through 16 and LNTPA platforms. Bill is also certified on multiple cloud-based practice management products.
Bill was a member of the CIC (Certified Independent Consultant) Advisory Board for LexisNexis. Bill has served two terms on the CIC Advisory Board. He served a 1-year term in 2010 and served a 2-year term for 2012 and 2013.
In August of 2010 Alliance Professional Consulting Group joined Circle Management Group to form a partnership of consulting professionals located in North Carolina, Missouri, Oregon, Florida, New Jersey, Arizona and Ohio with over 130 years of consulting experience.
Circle Management Group was awarded the 2013 Platinum Achievement Award from LexisNexis for Time Matters top sales for large CIC firm at the annual CIC conference in San Antonio, TX.
